NPC Training Centre Terms and Conditions of Booking
Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before booking any training programs at NPC Training Centre. By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
1. Booking Policy
1.1 All training program bookings made with NPC Training Centre are subject to availability.
1.2 Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or in-person. A confirmation of the booking will be provided upon payment.
2. Payment
2.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the training program.
2.2 Payment can be made via approved payment methods provided by NPC Training Centre.
3. Course Dates
3.1 Training program dates are subject to availability and may vary based on course demand and availability of trainers.
3.2 NPC Training Centre will provide you with a list of available course dates for the specific training program at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 NPC Training Centre operates a strict no-refund policy.
4.2 If you need to cancel your booking, you may be eligible to reschedule to a future available course date, subject to our availability and rescheduling policy.
4.3 Rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days before the initially scheduled course date. Failure to request rescheduling within this period will result in the loss of the full course fee.
4.4 All rescheduled training programs must be completed within 90 days of the original booking. Failure to complete the training within this timeframe will result in the loss of the full course fee.
5. Participant Responsibilities
5.1 It is the participant’s responsibility to arrive on time for the training program and to bring any required materials or documentation specified by NPC Training Centre.
5.2 Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines, rules, and instructions provided by the trainers during the training program.
5.3 Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. NPC Training Centre will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
6. Changes to Training Programs
6.1 NPC Training Centre reserves the right to make changes to its training programs, including but not limited to, changes in content, trainers, schedules, or course materials, without prior notice.
7. Liability
7.1 NPC Training Centre and its trainers will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the training programs.
7.2 Participants attend the training programs at their own risk and should seek appropriate advice from a medical professional if they have any health concerns before participating.
8. Governing Law
